Quarterback Sam Darnold had two picks but regrouped to make two scoring throws, including the second score to star receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba in the extra period.
The Rams held a six-point lead at the break before Walker burst through for a 55-yard touchdown run for Seattle.
Los Angeles defensive back Wallace then took back Darnold's initial pick for 56 yards, setting up a one-yard score by Corum on the ensuing snap.
In the fourth quarter, a touchdown from Stafford to Nacua pushed the Rams' lead to 30-14, but Rashid Shaheed provided the comeback with a 58-yard return for a score.
Darnold then connected with AJ Barner in the endzone, and a converted conversion sent the contest into overtime.
Although Nacua scored for his second touchdown in OT, Smith-Njigba answered in kind to set up the decisive conversion.
